Force Google Doc to English

To Make sure that your google docs going to be view in English Format, just follow the steps :
Step 1: Get your link from a share link button 
Step 2: A pop-up window with the title " Share with others " as below image will appear

Step 3: Copy the link and past in some another doc or over the notepad or even over the address bar

Our example URL : https://docs.google.com/document/d/1aEzLQ-V7OwHfazX2JfFqH-OEdTb6hmCR3uuIaqKZdcQ/edit?usp=sharing


Step 4: In that URL replace ?usp=sharing with ?hl=en as shown in below example

original link : 
 https://docs.google.com/document/d/1aEzLQ-V7OwHfazX2JfFqH-OEdTb6hmCR3uuIaqKZdcQ/edit?usp=sharing




after replace : 
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1aEzLQ-V7OwHfazX2JfFqH-OEdTb6hmCR3uuIaqKZdcQ/edit?hl=en








And by this way, you had forced the document to be in English

Step 1: Get Music Saver from Here  Step 2: Music Saver will appear near to the address bar / URL textbox  Step 3: Visit site which you would like to download audio from Step 4: Right Click over the audio and a menu will show up  Step 5: Select  Music Saver icon  Step 6 : A pop-up window with list of audio will show up  Step 7 : Click over the title of the audio and Save file window will appears, Click Save from it.
